Help!

This page is a page for others to ask my help to demistify a favorite recipe.  Interestingly enough, I already had a special request!  A work colleague of mine has asked if I could research and help her make a Banoffee!!  The request came in the form of a text.  I was amazed how someone reached out and asked exactly for something I intended to offer on my blog!  So,,,, now here comes my favorite part of the process!  The research, experimenting and development of a recipe for the perfect Banoffee.   So, what is a Banoffee....  Enquirying minds want to know!  I wanted to know! 

It is an english dessert pastry made from bananas, toffee (boiled from condensed milk~ dulce de leche) and cream presented on a bed of crumbled biscuits and butter.  Some recipes include coffee, chocolate, and carmelized banana toppings.  I'm thinking more of a bananas foster for the topping!  Hello Delicious!  Off I go.......
